These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the professional engagement between oneglint Media Solutions Private Limited ("oneglint" or "the Agency") and the freelance photographer ("the Photographer") for event photography assignments.

Definitions & Agreement to Terms
Agency: oneglint is the brand name owned by oneglint Media Solutions Private Limited.
Agreement: By accepting an assignment from the Agency, you, the Photographer, confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the fair practice policies of oneglint, and any specific rules set forth by the Event Organiser.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership: All photographs, images, and content captured during the assignment ("the Works") are the exclusive intellectual property of the Event Organiser, licensed through oneglint.
Usage Restrictions: The Photographer is strictly prohibited from using, publishing, selling, licensing, or distributing the Works in any format or on any platform. This includes, but is not limited to, personal portfolios, social media, stock photography websites, and print media, without express prior written consent from oneglint.
Portfolio Requests: Should the Photographer wish to use any of the Works for their professional portfolio, a formal written request must be submitted to oneglint. If approved, usage may be granted at the sole discretion of oneglint, subject to a minimum 30-day embargo period from the final day of the event.

Data Privacy, Confidentiality & Content Standards
Legal Compliance: The Photographer must adhere to all applicable Indian data privacy and protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
Participant Privacy: The privacy and dignity of event participants must be respected at all times. Photography should focus on participants in action. Capturing images that are demeaning, unflattering, or place individuals in a compromising or embarrassing position is strictly forbidden.
Prohibited Content: The Photographer agrees NOT to capture or share images of minors (unless as part of a general crowd scene), injured participants, or private interactions, unless explicitly instructed and cleared by an authorized oneglint representative.
Confidentiality: The Photographer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information related to the Agency, the Event Organiser, or the event itself. This includes internal documents, participant data, unreleased marketing strategies, and any proprietary information. A breach of this confidentiality clause is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

On-Site Obligations & Technical Specifications
Professional Conduct: The Photographer must conduct themselves professionally, remain stationed in their assigned area to ensure maximum coverage, and avoid interference with event operations or other official personnel.
Photographic Focus: The primary objective is to capture high-quality images of participants with a clear view of their BIB number for identification. Additionally, the Photographer is encouraged to capture candid moments, event atmosphere, and general ambiance to create a comprehensive event gallery.
Technical Requirements:
- All images must be shot in JPEG format.
- Target file size for each image should be approximately 3-4 MB.
- The Photographer must use optimal ISO and in-camera settings to produce the highest quality images possible, as no post-processing will be undertaken by the Agency.

Data Submission & Deletion
On-site Submission: Before departing the event venue, the Photographer must deliver a complete, unedited copy of ALL photographs taken during the assignment to the designated oneglint representative.
Priority Upload: As directed on-site, the Photographer may be required to upload a selection of the best images to a designated cloud folder for immediate promotional use by the Agency or Event Organiser.
Mandatory Data Deletion: Upon successful delivery of the Works to oneglint, the Photographer must permanently and irrecoverably delete all copies of the event images from their cameras, memory cards, hard drives, cloud storage, and any other personal or professional storage devices. Your acceptance of this Agreement constitutes a binding agreement to this clause.

Compensation & Payment
Payment Model: Compensation is based on a pre-agreed revenue-share model derived from the sale of the Photographer's photographs to event participants via the oneglint platform.
Payment Process: Once the primary sales window for the event has closed, oneglint will calculate and transfer the Photographer's share to the bank account provided during registration.
Accuracy of Details: The Photographer is solely responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date bank account information. oneglint is not liable for payment delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the Photographer.

Limitation of Liability
Photographer Liability: The Photographer shall not be held liable for coverage gaps or missed shots caused by factors beyond their reasonable control, such as extreme weather, uncooperative participants, last-minute event route changes, or unavoidable crowd interference. The Photographer's total liability under this Agreement is strictly limited to the total compensation payable for the specific assignment.
Agency Liability: While oneglint will employ all reasonable efforts to accurately map photographs and maximize sales potential, it shall not be liable for any loss of potential earnings due to unforeseen technical issues, data-mapping errors, or other operational challenges. In the event of such an error, oneglint will take all viable corrective actions to remedy the issue.

Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with seven (7) days' written notice. If oneglint terminates the Agreement for cause (such as a material breach of these terms by the Photographer), no compensation shall be due. If terminated by oneglint without cause after the event has been completed, the Photographer will receive their full eligible payment as per the terms of this Agreement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
